Stay updated on emerging electronic components, technologies, and industry trends.
Provide technical expertise on hardware design, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
Review and approve technical documentation, design specifications, and test procedures.

Job Profile:

Supervise a team that focuses on electronics hardware, mechanical design, and software development, assigning tasks, providing technical guidance, and reviewing performance.
Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to drive innovation and product development
Conduct performance reviews and provide mentorship to team members.
Determine the hardware requirements and specifications for new electronic products by considering market needs and customer requirements.
Lead the design process, including schematic capture, PCB layout, component selection, and simulation.
Perform design reviews of Schematics, PCB Layout
Ensure adherence to design guidelines, regulatory compliance, and quality standards.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for hardware development projects.
Perfom EMI/EMC Test, Environmental Test(Dry Heat, Damp Heat, Burn-In) on final products &

accordingly modify the board design.

Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (software engineers, manufacturing, Sale and procurement) to ensure smooth project execution.
