Manager, Paid Media

As an SEM Sr Associate at Grant Thornton INDUS, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing paid search campaigns primarily on Google and Bing platforms. Reporting to the SEM Manager, you will play a crucial role in aligning these campaigns with overall marketing objectives. Your key responsibilities will include conducting keyword research, analyzing campaign performance metrics, collaborating with various marketing teams, recommending and conducting A/B testing, and staying updated with industry trends to enhance campaign performance. Additionally, you will support the SEM Manager with various tasks and projects as required. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of one year of hands-on experience in paid search advertising, proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other PPC platforms, strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a detail-oriented approach towards data accuracy and integrity. Preferred qualifications include Google Ads certification, experience in B2B search campaigns, familiarity with SEO and other digital marketing channels, and exposure to tools like Marketo, Microsoft Dynamics, and Demandbase.
