Job Overview

Qualifications & Expectations :

• Passion for chemistry and chemical engineering ( both )
• 2-4 years experience managing R&D development projects and technology transfer to pilot and commercial scale in large speciality chemical companies..
• Strong first-principle-based problem-solving skills.

• Strong program management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Proficiency in chemical engineering / chemistry.
