Role & responsibilities M&A Strategy & Execution: Evaluate and execute potential M&A and divestiture opportunities, including deal sourcing, industry analysis, and strategic fit assessment. 2. Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with investment bankers, consultants, and advisors to assess opportunities and structure deals. 3. Due Diligence & Financial Analysis : Oversee and coordinate due diligence activities, review financial statements, and build valuation and financial models. 4. Transaction Management : Manage the entire deal lifecycle from initiation to financial planning, scoping, legal and regulatory coordination, to deal closure. 5. Integration : Define and monitor post-merger integration plans to ensure alignment with business objectives. 6. Capital Raising & Investor Relations : Support capital-raising discussions and investor communication activities including reports and presentations. 7. Strategic Research & Risk Assessment : Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and risk assessments to aid strategic decision-making. 8. Ad-hoc Strategic Projects : Support senior leadership on high-impact strategic projects across geographies and verticals. Preferred candidate profile 1. CA/MBA is preferred. 2. Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar role in corporate strategy, investment banking, or corporate M&A. 3. Proven ability to lead multi-country M&A deals and engage with external advisors. 4. Experience in fast-paced, dynamic, and cross-functional business environments. 5. Strong exposure to financial modelling, valuation, and transaction execution.
