Manager - Management Accounts/R2R

QX Global Group is hiring for Manager- Management Accounts/R2R role for Noida location

Eligibility criteria - CA/ACCA can apply only

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of accountants to ensure high performance and achievement of individual and collective goals.
• Preparing Balance sheet and P&L sheet, Analysis, Review.
• Month end reporting (Accruals, prepayment, Amortization ect.)
• Financial Planning and Analysis, Budgeting, Forecasting.
• Preparation of Corporate accounts
• Consolidation of accounts for corporate groups
• Ensure reports are aligned with client expectations and business requirements.
• Prepare monthly SLA reports for both internal and client review, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
• Process Improvement and Automation
• Risk Management and Control Implementation

Must haves:

• People Management Skills and Stakeholder Management
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Familiarity with MS Outlook and MS Office.
• Excellent MS Excel skills.
