About the Role:

We are looking to get this candidate to take a leading role as a Manager Integrated Media Planning & Operations, you will drive both strategic media planning and seamless execution for a leading fashion eCommerce client. This role demands a highly detail-oriented and performance-driven marketer with proven experience in digital media, campaign management, and eCommerce optimization. You will be responsible for developing data-led media strategies, ensuring flawless end-to-end campaign operations, and delivering measurable business results that align with seasonal trends and shopper behaviour.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Leadership

  • Develop and execute full-funnel omnichannel media strategies across digital, programmatic, and performance channels tailored to eCommerce objectives.
  • Translate complex business and merchandising goals into strategic media plans aligned with product seasonality and category growth.
  • Make data-driven adjustments to media strategy in response to real-time performance signals and evolving market dynamics.
  • Contribute to new business pitches and planning sessions with a focus on growth and ROI in the eCommerce retail space.

Campaign & Performance Operations

  • Own campaign setup, trafficking, tagging, pacing, and optimization across Google, Meta, TikTok, and programmatic platforms, ensuring delivery accuracy and adherence to timelines.
  • Implement robust quality control checks and operational processes to minimize errors and ensure campaign precision across all touchpoints.
  • Troubleshoot delivery or tracking issues proactively in collaboration with ad operations and platform teams.
  • Automate repetitive tasks and refine workflows to improve speed, efficiency, and executional excellence.

eCommerce & Platform Expertise

  • Apply a deep understanding of eCommerce performance metricsROAS, CPA, AOV, LTVand digital shopper behaviour, particularly within the fashion vertical.
  • Execute and optimize campaigns using Google Shopping, dynamic product ads (DPA), and catalog-based formats across Meta and TikTok.
  • Use product feed management, CRM audiences, and conversion APIs to enhance targeting precision and performance outcomes.
  • Align campaigns closely with inventory dynamics, seasonal trends, and promotional calendars.

Financial Oversight & Process Management

  • Manage and monitor large-scale media budgets, ensuring optimal pacing, platform-level efficiency, and maximum ROI.
  • Build financial forecasts and scenario models based on performance trends and planned investments.
  • Review and approve invoices, handle discrepancy resolution, and ensure alignment between campaign delivery and financial records. 
  • Partner with internal finance teams to establish clear spend recognition and reporting practices.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate across analytics, SEO/SEM, creative, and client service teams to build and execute integrated campaigns.
  • Facilitate performance review meetings, planning sessions, and real-time optimizations through structured coordination.
  • Promote a culture of operational excellence by refining planning processes, improving documentation standards, and encouraging knowledge-sharing across departments.
  • Partner with analytics teams to develop testing plans and derive actionable insights for future planning cycles.

Client Communication & Reporting

  • Present media strategies, campaign performance, and post-analysis insights to senior client stakeholders with clarity and impact.
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) linking campaign results to broader eCommerce business goals.
  • Develop clear and compelling performance dashboards that translate complex media metrics into actionable business insights.
  • Requirements

    Minimum 5 years of experience in media planning and campaign execution, ideally within the eCommerce or retail sector.
  • Must have experience in Biddable and Non Biddable platforms
  • Proven track record of managing performance-driven campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and programmatic platforms.
  • Strong understanding of fashion eCommerce funnels, product feeds, audience segmentation, and shopping campaign optimization.
  • Proficiency in tools such as DCM, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and campaign management platforms.
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communicator capable of simplifying complex media performance narratives for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Able to independently manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
