Role & responsibilities I. Digital Strategy & Planning Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with brand goals. Manage the brands online presence across all digital platforms. II. Social Media Management Oversee day-to-day management of social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.). Develop engaging, original content and campaigns to grow followers and drive engagement. Monitor trends and conversations; respond to followers in a timely and brand-appropriate manner. III. Content Development & Coordination Collaborate with creative teams, photographers, and influencers to create high-quality visual and written content. Plan and maintain a content calendar for product launches, events, and promotions. IV. Performance Marketing Plan and execute digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) with a focus on ROI. Work with agencies or in-house teams to optimize campaigns for traffic, leads, and conversions. V. Analytics & Reporting Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics (KPIs) across digital channels. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve performance. VI. Influencer & Community Engagement Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors aligned with the luxury space. Foster online community engagement through contests, UGC campaigns, and brand stories. VII. E-Commerce Support Coordinate with e-commerce and CRM teams to support online sales, promotions, and customer experience. Preferred candidate profile • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field. • 7-10 years of proven experience in digital marketing and social media management, preferably in the luxury, fashion, or lifestyle sector. • Strong understanding of digital and social media platforms, tools, and best practices. • Experience with performance marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, etc.). • Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.). • Excellent written and visual communication skills. • Creative mindset with a passion for luxury branding and storytelling.
