Work with category business teams and planning teams on projecting and closing the monthly, quarterly and yearly demand plans 2. Drive discounting, serviceability and other input metrics required to meet the plans 3. Track daily sales across portfolios and be the custodian of fashion sales target, highlighting and driving solutions for issues throughout the month 4. Drive weekly projections and leadership reviews for the business unit 5. Develop deep business understanding & intelligence across workstreams and identify growth opportunities 6. Track the market closely and e-commerce markets around the world on the key trends and opportunities Key Requirements: 1. 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in managing Supply & demand planning for a Category 2. Strong problem solving, structural and analytical skills 3. Self-driven with Bias for Action 4. Good handle in Excel, SQL, other scripting languages (R, Python etc.), ( Excel is Mandatory, Rest good to have) 5. Ability to work in an ambiguous environment and bring clarity 6. Excellent stakeholder management skills 7. Ability to identify business opportunities by working closely with business teams, analytics, product and supply planning teams
