Responsibilities Learning and Development: Engage in a comprehensive training program to understand various management functions and business operations. Gain hands-on experience in implementing marketing strategies and social media campaigns. Participate in workshops and seminars to enhance your skills and knowledge in relevant domains. Marketing Support Assist in the development and execution of marketing initiatives and campaigns. Contribute to content creation for social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics, providing recommendations for improvement. Collaboration and Communication Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather insights and support project execution. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to facilitate a collaborative work environment. Provide exemplary support in day-to-day operations and problem solving as needed. Qualifications Recent graduates or candidates with zero years of experience in management, marketing, or related fields. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to engage and influence others. Familiarity with marketing concepts and social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). A proactive mindset with a desire to learn, grow, and contribute meaningfully to the organization. A problem-solving attitude and aptitude with a passion for taking initiatives. Timing This position operates in the Asia/Kolkata (IST) timezone, with working hours from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
