Male Receptionist

We are looking for a dynamic and empathetic Hospital Receptionist (IPD Coordinator) to manage inpatient department (IPD) operations. The role involves coordinating between patients, doctors, billing, TPA, hospital staff, and administration to ensure smooth admission, treatment, and discharge processes. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to handle patient grievances with professionalism and compassion.

• Coordinate and manage inpatient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Liaise with consultants, nursing staff, billing department, and TPA coordinators for seamless service delivery.
• Handle bed allotment as per patient needs and availability.
• Assist patients and their families in understanding hospital procedures and treatment workflows.
• Address and resolve patient grievances promptly and courteously.
• Maintain accurate records of all patient interactions and transactions.
• Ensure all patients are treated with dignity and respect and receive timely care.
• Coordinate with various hospital departments to expedite services and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and quality standards at the front desk.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Educational Qualification: Graduation (Mandatory)
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience at the hospital front desk (IPD coordination preferred)
• Duty Hours: Must be willing to work in rotational shifts including weekends and holidays
• Communication Skills: Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, and English (both verbal and written)
