The required candidate should have minimum 2 to 3 years experience in handling North Indian house keeping staff. As such spoken Hindi is essential for effective display of duty. He should have worked in Supervisory cadre in similar concerns. The supervision includes sweeping with hard broom, moping, cow web removing, watering garden, weeding, manuring, cleaning surfaces with applicable chemicals in corridors, common areas, stilt floors, car parking areas and terrace in apartment blocks.
