Job Summary:

Alans Academy is looking for an experienced Malayalam Tutor to deliver recorded classes for Class 10 following the Kerala State Syllabus. The role is onsite, and the tutor must come to our studio in Kozhikode. We are hiring for both Malayalam and English medium batches. This is an hourly-paid, contract-based position ideal for confident and qualified educators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record syllabus-based lessons for Class 10 Malayalam (Kerala SCERT)
• Deliver sessions in either Malayalam or English medium
• Create content suitable for online viewing with strong clarity and pace
• Collaborate with the academic team for lesson planning and visual aids
• Ensure engaging, error-free studio recordings

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Malayalam or related field
• Teaching experience in Class 10 (Kerala Syllabus)
• B.Ed preferred (not mandatory)
• Fluency in Malayalam; ability to explain in English if needed
• Confident in front of the camera

Salary:

- Hourly Pay: ₹150 – ₹400
(Depending on experience and delivery medium)

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹18,120.37 per month
