Centaur products include Tool holding Collets, Collet Chucks, CNC Tool holders, VDI Tool holders, Tapping Systems and Power Milling Chucks.

Key Responsibilities:

Machine Maintenance and Repairs:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC and Manual Machines and all utility maintenance.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems to minimize downtime.
• Diagnose root causes of equipment failures and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure timely repair of equipment to meet production targets.

Preventive Maintenance Planning:

• Implement preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment.
• Regularly inspect machinery to identify potential issues before they lead to breakdowns.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and machine performance.

Spare Parts Management:

• Monitor inventory of critical spare parts and tools required for maintenance activities.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.

Experience:

• 1–4 years of experience in maintenance engineering in a CNC manufacturing environment.
• Budget:
• 2 – 4 LPA
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of CNC Maintenance.
• Proficiency in mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience CNC, and Utility Maintenance.
