Job description :
- Requirement is for a leading chain of restaurants having multiple brand of restaurant outlets across different locations in Bangalore- Maintenance of Electrical Kitchen Equipments- Air conditioning System- Trouble Shooting- Maintenance of Chilling and Freezing Units like under-counter chillers, deep freezers, cold room- Maintenance of Generator- Overseeing and maintaining the electrical, Plumbing and mechanical aspects of the restaurant- Must be able to lead a team of Maintenance Executives- Must have knowledge of working on MS Office to prepare reports, to evaluate performance of the executives, to track equipment details and other such information.- Annual Maintenance Contract with Vendors- Must be willing to travel- Only Candidates having prior experience in the Maintenance Department of Restaurant (s) to apply
