Maintenance Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for machinery, utilities, and infrastructure.
• Supervise maintenance staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
• Ensure all equipment and facilities are in compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, and plumbing systems as needed.
• Oversee utility systems such as electricity, water, HVAC, compressed air, and waste management.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory requirements for waste disposal, emissions, and water treatment.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify and address areas for improvement in maintenance processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-4 years' experience as a Maintenance Manager or similar role in an industrial setting.
• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree from a recognized institution (Any Specialization).
• Strong understanding of repair and maintenance principles, including breakdown maintenance, predictive maintenance, and preventative maintenance techniques.
• Excellent organization skills with ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

• Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Yearly bonus
