Role & responsibilities Plan and Schedule maintenance work daily. Conduct regular checks of facilities and equipment to identify potential problems. Fix budget for Service & Repairs and provide accounts expenditure. Follow Health & Safety protocols, rules and regulations as per Government guidelines at workplace. Maintain service & maintenance record books for work reference. Identify and resolve maintenance issues immediately. Must oversee and supervise maintenance projects as per priority bases.
