Job Description

Essential Roles and Deliverables 1) Overall control of Maintenance department and co-ordination with all the related departments to achieve Maintenance & Production Targets. 2) Responsible for all Plant level activities related to the repair Maintenance and replacement of equipment and production/ MFG facilities. 3) Develop and implement maintenance strategies and procedures to ensure the proper functioning of equipment and facilities. 4) Managing & responsible for maintenance budgets, forecasting budgets & control maintenance costs 5) Planning & Procurement of Critical spare. 6) Supervise and train all maintenance team members. 7) Coordinate with suppliers for equipment & spare procurement. 8) Responsible for achieving key parameters MTTR, MTBF and increase Up Time. 9) Analysis of repetitive breakdowns using various root cause analysis methodology (5 WHY) 10) Responsible for erection & commissioning of various electrical equipment's & new equipment's. 11) Responsible for various Audits related & IATF Audit & certification. 12) Responsible for HT yard internal 33kv line, VCB, transformer stabilizer. 13) Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards. Leading CFT Team to resolve manufacturing concerns Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile 1. Overall responsibility of Maintenance Dept. 2. Maintain Press, Line MTTR & MTBF 3. Increase uptime 4. Preventive Maintenance
