Maintenance Executive

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Supervision and Leadership: Manage and lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance assessment. Maintenance Strategy: Develop and implement maintenance schedules, procedures, and preventive maintenance programs. Inspections and Repairs: Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and address maintenance needs, coordinating with contractors for specialized repairs. Budget Management: Manage maintenance budgets, allocate resources effectively, and track expenses. Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations, including those related to health, environment, and security. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, completed work, and inventory of maintenance supplies. Emergency Response: Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of issues. Vendor Management: Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for specialized repairs and maintenance services.
