Role & responsibilities Diagnosing electrical problems and malfunctions and taking corrective action. Maintaining and repairing plant instruments. Identifying faulty equipment, parts, fixtures, sensors and to replace it with correct parts. Installation of new electrical equipment. Responds to break down calls and ride downtime calls in a timely manner Creating maintenance procedures. Managing stocks of supplies and equipment. Perform routine checks to identify any potential issues or equipment failures that may disrupt operations. Identify opportunities for process or equipment improvements and develop and implement solutions to improve equipment reliability and performance. Responsible for maintaining accurate records and documenting all maintenance activities, including maintenance schedules, repair logs and equipment performance metrics. Preferred candidate profile Should have knowledge of Power press, Hydraulic Press, Press Brakes, Roll Forming, Spot Welding, Drilling, Tapping, Powder coating Plant equipment Should possess good analytical and logical thinking Reporting and documentation
