Job Description

You should have 7-10 years of proven experience as a Mainframe Designer/Developer with strong design and development skills. Your responsibilities will involve all facets of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, designing, coding, testing, and deployment. You should possess strong knowledge in COBOL, CICS, JCL, VSAM, DB2, and Endevor, with good experience in CICS. Additionally, you should have good analysis and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to understand complex requirements and assist the team in creating designs. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is required, along with excellent communication skills and a team player attitude. You will be expected to liaise with Clients, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and Business Associates. It would be beneficial to have some knowledge of the banking domain.,
