Key Responsibilities: - Oversee all project contractual activities from Hand Over from BD/Proposal Group until all relevant contractual obligations are complete and issues are resolved/settled. - Manage major functions of contract management, including drafting, evaluation, negotiation, and execution in coordination with BD, Finance, and Legal Team. - Identify and implement the Project Contract Commercial Plan, including Project Claim Strategy, and ensure preservation of Teqo's rights and entitlements as provided in the Contract. - Manage claims to/from customers and consortium partners, and ensure appropriate recovery from third parties. - Handle customer Variation Requests/Change Orders and monitor existing clause/liabilities performance on a monthly basis. - Coordinate with clients for amendments in contracts and finalize/draft revised contracts in coordination with the Business team. - Standardize Contracts, implement and amend processes and policies related to contract management. - Provide regular training to the operations team on understanding clauses and acting accordingly. - Handle dispute resolutions (Contractual). Qualifications: - 5-10 years of experience in contracts management. - University Degree in Engineering, additional qualification in Law would be preferable but not mandatory.
