Key Responsibilities: Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to architectural designs, quality standards, and timelines. Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and laborers for smooth execution of work. Monitor daily site progress and report updates to the architectural team. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and municipal codes. Inspect materials, workmanship, and finishing in line with design intent. You will be responsible for vendor management, cost negotiation, material sourcing, and ensuring timely procurement to support project timelines and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Procurement Planning: Coordinate with project teams to understand material and service requirements for real estate projects. Vendor Development: Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers and contractors. Build and maintain a strong vendor base.
