Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Representative located in Vadodara. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their property needs, and offering suitable real estate solutions. Day-to-day tasks include making outbound calls, following up on leads, maintaining customer records, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves providing excellent customer service and support, and undergoing regular training to stay updated with industry trends. Qualifications Excellent Communication skills Customer Service and Customer Support skills Experience in Sales Ability to undergo and apply Training effectively Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in using CRM software is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is advantageous
