We are looking for a motivated and skilled SPM Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience or academic background in SPM (Special Purpose Machine) manufacturing or operation , and working knowledge of press tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures . Key Responsibilities: Operate and maintain SPM machines as per production requirements. Monitor machine performance and conduct routine checks to ensure efficiency. Identify and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues. Work with press tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures in manufacturing processes. Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Coordinate with supervisors and team members for smooth operations. Preferred Candidate Profile: Education: ITI / Diploma / Polytechnic in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant field. Experience: 0 to 8 years (candidates with relevant experience in SPM machine operation/manufacturing will be preferred). Languages: English and Hindi (both required for communication on the shop floor and with team members). Technical Skills: Knowledge of machine tools and manufacturing processes. Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
