Meta Ad Basics: Should know how to set up Instagram/Facebook ads, select target audience, budget, and run AB tests. Analytics & Reporting: Understand basics of insights – what’s working, what’s not. You should love tweaking things for better reach and conversions. Meta Pixel Awareness: You don’t have to be a developer, but you should know what Meta Pixel is and why it matters for ad optimization and tracking.
