Position: Architect / Architectural Engineer /Civil Engineer Role Overview We are seeking an ambitious and proficient Architect to join our growing design and project team. You will work across our upcoming residential and commercial projects in South Mumbai, collaborating with experts to deliver outstanding spaces in line with our brand’s high standards. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed architectural plans, sections, and working drawings Assist in the design and conceptualisation of new projects Present drawings and designs for stakeholder approvals Ensure compliance with all relevant local building codes and environmental regulations Evaluate the feasibility of proposed design elements and coordinate changes Compile specifications, reports, and project documents Support the development of project schedules and budgets Collaborate with construction managers and site engineers to align design with execution Coordinate with consultants on structural, MEP, and sustainability aspects Requirements Bachelor’s degree (B.Arch. or equivalent) from a recognised institution Experience (even internship) in architectural drafting or project support preferred Excellent skills in AutoCAD, BIM, Revit, SketchUp (mandatory) Working knowledge of V-Ray, Photoshop (desirable) Sound understanding of current building regulations Strong communication and client-facing abilities Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Demonstrated teamwork and problem-solving skills Benefits Competitive pay Opportunity to work on landmark projects in South Mumbai Dynamic, collaborative work culture Application Kindly submit your portfolio and resume to muzammil.a@m4group.in contact us on 9967311717/ 845979321 with subject line Architect Application – M4 Group.
