Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Set up and
manage Microsoft 365 Entra ID / Active Directory environments.
Configure and deploy Group Policies across user systems and environments.
Handle user account lifecycle management, creation, modification, permissions, and licensing.
Perform machine enrolment, workstation configuration, and user data migration.
Deploy and monitor antivirus, security software, and implement Data Loss Prevention (DLP) measures.
Provide L1-level support, proactively monitor system health and performance, and respond to potential issues.
Maintain system documentation and logs, and support audits/compliance as required.

Preferred candidate profile

3 to 5 years of experience in Microsoft 365 / Entra ID administration and support
Proficiency in managing user accounts, groups, and permissions
Good knowledge of device enrolment and user onboarding/offboarding processes
Experience with security software rollouts and DLP policy implementation
Familiarity with monitoring tools and the ability to provide L1 support and troubleshooting
