As an Enterprise Technical Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our customer IT infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining computer systems, and ensuring optimal performance and security. You will act as the first point of contact for IT related issues and work closely with other IT professionals to deliver high-quality support services. Additionally, you will support IT systems in our production line environments, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient operations.
