LV Panel Incoming Quality Engineer

As a Quality Engineer at Switchgear and Control Techniques Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in the design, production, and testing of electrical panels for switchgear and control systems. Your role will involve implementing quality control procedures, enhancing product reliability, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Your key responsibilities will include inspecting incoming raw materials, components, and parts to ensure they meet specifications, reviewing supplier quality documentation, developing inspection plans based on quality standards, identifying non-conforming materials, and maintaining inspection records. You will collaborate with various teams to address quality issues, conduct supplier audits, assist in calibration of inspection equipment, and support continuous improvement initiatives. To qualify for this role, you should have a B. Tech in Electrical Engineering and 3-5 years of experience in electrical engineering or related fields. You should possess a basic understanding of switchgear systems, electrical circuits, and control technologies, with familiarity in electrical design being advantageous. Knowledge of SAP, electrical safety standards, and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively are essential. Strong communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills will be beneficial for client interaction, team coordination, and driving continuous improvement efforts.,
