Job Location: Powai, Mumbai (Strictly work from office) Job Description: Management of vendor identification, procurement, inventory, invoicing for all B2B purchases. Coordinates purchasing activities with sales & logistics departments to acquire inventory in a cost effective and timely manner. Requesting for quote from suppliers and processes Purchase orders. Arranging documents for vendor registration with various vendors. Maintain supplier database and develop a supplier rating system. May recommend cost saving proposals including make-versus-buy analysis or alternative sourcing. Interacting closely with suppliers and QA to resolve quality issues. Defective Stock Oversight: Successful monitoring of defective stock generation at warehouse, ensuring timely returns and replenishment. Find new packaging ideas. Supporting finance team for Invoice tracking, payment and provisioning.
