Looking For SEO Specialist with Work From Home

Role & responsibilities

• SEO/AEO Analytics & Website Optimization
• Track, analyze, and report on website traffic, user behavior, and keyword performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and backlink tracking to improve organic search rankings for healthcare staffing and travel nursing-related searches.
• Optimize job listings, blog content, and landing pages for SEO/AEO and recruitment-focused conversions.
• Collaborate with the content team to ensure SEO/AEO-optimized healthcare staffing and recruitment content.
• Email & Mass SMS Campaign Management
• Develop and execute email and SMS marketing campaigns targeting travel nurses, allied health workers, medical provider, physicians, and other medical professionals.
• Segment audiences and create automated workflows to nurture leads, improve candidate engagement, and drive job applications.
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize subject lines, messaging, and CTAs for higher open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
• Monitor email/SMS deliverability, engagement metrics, and compliance with CAN-SPAM, HIPAA, and GDPR regulations.
• Content & Blog Contributions
• Occasionally contribute to blog writing and website content focused on travel nursing trends, healthcare staffing tips, and industry insights.
• Work with the content team to align messaging across SEO/AEO, email, SMS, and website content.
• Industry Trends & Strategic Recommendations
• Stay up to date with Google algorithm changes, healthcare staffing industry trends, and recruitment marketing best practices.
• Provide data-driven insights to improve overall marketing performance and candidate engagement.

Preferred candidate profile

• 3+ years of experience in SEO/AEO analytics, email marketing, and SMS campaign management.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEMrush, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, Twilio (or similar SMS tools).
• Strong knowledge of on-page SEO/AEO, keyword research, link-building, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Experience setting up and managing automated email and SMS workflows for lead generation.
• Ability to analyze marketing data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in fluent/native-level English.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a remote environment.
