Position: Logistics Executive

Location: Pune (Kharadi)

Requisites:

· Diploma or Degree Engineering / Science

· 2–4 years in logistics in an engineering products company

Skills:

· Highly organized and detail-oriented

· Excellent spoken and written English

· Strong customer communication and coordination skills

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

· Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics processes

Responsibilities:

· Ensure accurate and timely order entry into the system.

· Coordinate with internal teams (Engineering, Sales, and Proposal) and customers to ensure seamless order processing.

· Review and process customer Purchase Orders (POs), create Order Acknowledgments (OAs), and resolve issues before materials are received.

· Plan daily work, manage priorities, escalate issues, and follow up proactively.

· Communicate regularly with customers regarding order status, dispatches, and payment follow-ups.

· Create internal Work Orders post-PO receipt.

· Register POs with principals and coordinate with them for order confirmation and dispatch.

· Ensure proper documentation and support for smooth invoicing and collection.
