Job Description

Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments with vendors, freight carriers, and warehouse staff. Track delivery schedules and ensure on-time delivery. Maintain shipping and receiving records. Assist with inventory management and reconciliation. Communicate with internal teams and external partners regarding order status, delays, or issues. Prepare shipping documentation (e.g., packing lists, customs forms, bills of lading). Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices in a timely manner. Verify billing data, including quantities shipped, pricing, and applicable taxes or discounts. Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments and resolve billing discrepancies. Maintain organized and accurate billing records. Support monthly closing processes and generate billing reports as needed. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Volunteer Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
