We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Computer Hardware & Network Engineer to join our growing team in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our internal and client-facing IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation and optimal performance of hardware and network systems. Responsibilities: Hardware Management: Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot various computer hardware components, including desktops, laptops, servers, peripherals, and specialized AV equipment (Interactive Flat Panels, PTZ Cameras, Digital Signage displays, etc.). Perform hardware upgrades, repairs, and replacements as needed. Conduct regular hardware diagnostics and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Manage hardware inventory and asset tracking. Network Management: Design, implement, and maintain secure and scalable network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi) for internal operations and client deployments. Configure and manage network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and access points. Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to optimize speed and efficiency. Implement and enforce network security policies, including firewall rules, VPN configurations, and intrusion detection/prevention systems. Troubleshoot network connectivity issues, resolve outages, and minimize downtime. Ensure proper cabling and wiring for network setups. System & Software Support: Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows, Android) and various software applications relevant to Logibird's products and services. Provide technical support to end-users (internal and external clients) for hardware, software, and network-related issues. Assist with the integration of new technologies and solutions into existing systems. Conduct data backups and implement disaster recovery procedures.
