Role & responsibilities Production Planning and Scheduling: Developing and implementing production schedules, coordinating resources (labor, materials, equipment), and optimizing workflows to meet production targets. Quality Control: Ensuring products meet established quality standards through implementation of quality control measures, monitoring production processes, and addressing any quality issues. Resource Management: Managing budgets, negotiating contracts, and overseeing the procurement of materials and equipment. Team Leadership and Supervision: Managing, motivating, and providing guidance to production staff, including performance evaluations and training. Health and Safety: Implementing and enforcing health and safety regulations, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring a safe working environment. Process Optimization: Identifying areas for improvement in the production process, implementing changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Communication and Coordination: Liaising with other departments (e.g., purchasing, sales, engineering), communicating production status to management, and resolving any production-related issues. Problem Solving: Troubleshooting production issues, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions. Inventory Management: Monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with purchasing and logistics, and ensuring efficient flow of materials. Budget Management: Developing and managing production budgets, monitoring expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities REQUIREMENTS: Looking for only male candidates with minimum experience of 5 to 10 years in manufacturing sector. Knowledge of manufacturing processes, production equipment, quality control procedures, and health and safety regulations. Administrator & well planner of work. He should know very well how to handle the workers & colleagues, inventory management. Organize All Departments. Leadership, communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills. Working experience IN FOAM INDUSTRY or MANUFACTURING OF MATTRESSES IS AN ADDED ADVANTAGE.

Assistant Marketing Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES: To effectively manage all short term and long term brand plans, across the complete marketing mix, working closely with team members in Product Development, PR and Sales. To be responsible for the development and execution of comprehensive brand plans that demonstrates knowledge of trends, positioning, rationale and the brand's role in the category. Brand building through meaningful storytelling, campaigns, and effective marketing strategies. GTM strategies for new product launches Identify new and emerging marketing channels. To be accountable to the Commercial Director for the protection of brands and the sign off of all brand guidelines and prepare monthly / quarterly reports on budgets. To oversee the management and awareness of brand / product launches on time. To manage the digital strategy and content direction for all brands. To proactively ensure the creation of marketing collateral for trade, consumer and online is being developed in line with plans. Analyze consumer behavior to determine brand direction. Monitor competition and market analysis to ensure brand retains and grows market share position. Develop International brand strategies with guidelines for brand presentations, execution for awareness, product sales and social media. To be responsible for the communication of clear and consistent brand messaging and tone of voice. To be accountable for managing multiple projects within agreed timescales. To be responsible for the management of external contacts including PR Agency, Creative Agency, Focus Groups etc. To monitor brand performance, using sales, financial, market and consumer data. To be responsible for ensuring marketing spend is in line with the budget. Setting, monitoring and reporting on teams' goals and objectives. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum Qualification Any degree/preferably MBA (marketing). Should have 5 to 10 years of relevant experience. Led marketing for a fast growing brand. Mix of online and offline marketing experience. Passionate about building and growing brands. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Expertise of working in Rural/Semi Urban markets. Should have fluency in English and other local languages. Should be familiar with manufacturing of MATTRESSES manufacturing and marketing. Candidates having exposure in the Manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
