JOB SUMMARY
The R-Studio Administrator is responsible for the overall health, maintenance, and support of the R-Studio/Posit analytic tool environment on Linux platforms. This role involves system administration, troubleshooting, security maintenance, automation, and collaboration with other teams to ensure the platform meets the organization's data analysis and reporting needs.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
2+ years Linux admin.
Cloud experience & Red Hat certification a plus.
Install, configure, upgrade, and patch systems.
Troubleshoot issues; automate tasks (Ansible).
Ensure security compliance and health system.
Strong troubleshooting & communication skills.
Participate in on-call for production issues as needed.
Shell Scripting/Automation experience (Ansible).
Coordinate with teams/vendors on issues.
Participate in maintenance, license, and certificate renewals.
PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain/support the R-Studio/Posit application Linux.
