• Identify and recruit 

  potential insurance advisors

• Train and motivate advisors to achieve business targets.
• Drive sales through advisors and ensure policy renewals.
• Conduct regular meetings with agents to review sales performance.
• Support agents in closing sales by providing necessary guidance.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and agents to 

  ensure business growth

  35 km

   of the job location.

• Good communication skills

  are required ,Also children of govt. officials are preferred but not mandatory

• Graduation is compulsory

• The candidate must have lived in the 

  same location for at least 5 years

  .

• Personal vehicle is mandatory

• Office discipline is strictly followed candidates must report to the office by 

  9:30 AM daily

  , except on holidays.
