Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit 

  potential insurance advisors

• Train and motivate advisors to achieve business targets.
• Drive sales through advisors and ensure policy renewals.
• Conduct regular meetings with agents to review sales performance.
• Support agents in closing sales by providing necessary guidance.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and agents to 

  ensure business growth

  .

CTC: 3.00 LPA TO 4.00 LPA
