Role & responsibilities Calendar and Schedule Management: Manage and maintain complex calendars for the Directors, including scheduling internal and external meetings, appointments, and conferences. Coordinate and prepare for meetings, including drafting agendas, compiling necessary documents, and taking minutes as required. Communication Management: Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including screening calls, managing emails, and drafting letters and other communications on behalf of the Directors. Act as a primary point of contact between the Directors and internal teams, clients, vendors, and other external stakeholders. Travel Coordination: Arrange comprehensive national and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and visa applications. Prepare detailed travel expense reports. Document and Information Management: Prepare, edit, and format professional documents, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets. Organize and maintain highly confidential physical and electronic filing systems. Conduct research and compile information as needed to support decision-making. Required Candidate Profile Minimum of 3-5years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Senior Administrative Assistant supporting C-suite executives or Directors in a professional business environment, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector. Excellent Organizational Skills- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain a highly organized system for documents, files, and information. Excellent Communication Skills- Verbal: Clear, concise, and professional communication for internal and external interactions. Written: Proficient in drafting and editing professional correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with high accuracy. Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams). Familiarity with ERP Software would be advantageous.

The leads are mainly generated through the portals or email to be attended. To prepare the proposal on the system and provide the solution. To offer technical solutions and support to select the right product to meet the application. Desired Candidate Profile: Young and Dynamic Male/Female Candidates with a Degree or Diploma in Instrumentation/Electronics/Electrical Engineering with 2+ years of relevant experience in Sales and Customer Support and Application Engineering are most preferred. Training will be on-the-job training on sales, written/verbal communication/correspondence and in-depth product knowledge. Perks and Benefits: At par with the Industry standard with all statutory compliance and will not be the bar for the eligible and deserving candidates. Working Hours: Weekdays, 9.15 AM to 6.30 PM. A candidate having an MBA deree with the zeal to excel in their career can apply. Pay package: CTC Rs. 6 to 8 Lacs per year. Working Days: 24 days per month.
