Position : Sr. Liaison Officer Haryana - Real Estate Experience : 7 9 years Industry : Real Estate Location : Sector – 56 Gurugram General Experience: Around 9 years of relevant experience. Three Year Legal Degree. Must have knowledge of Haryana RERA. Candidate must be residing in Gurgaon, Faridabad. Key Responsibilities Area: Coordination with different government departments like DTCP, Fire, HUDA, MCG & GMDA, HSPCB, Forest, etc. Site surveys/field operations with Officers. Prepare plans for agency submittal and review for fire scheme/NOC, building plan, occupation certificate. Statutory Approval Management i.e HREARA, OC, CC, Layout, Approval etc. Documentation & Submission MIS & Inter Dept. Coordination Assist in permit applications for transmittal to agencies. To incorporate specifications into technical drawings and plans. Review drawings, contracts, plans, and specifications for customer accuracy. Coordination with required engineers etc. for proper technical drawings.
