Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Liaisoning Officer to manage and maintain effective communication with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders for our construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for securing necessary approvals, permits, NOCs, and licenses to ensure that projects proceed smoothly and comply with all legal and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Liaise with municipal corporations, development authorities, utility providers, and government departments to obtain all necessary clearances for construction projects (e.g., land use approvals, building permits, environmental clearance, etc.). Ensure compliance with applicable local, state, and national building regulations and statutory requirements. Coordinate with architects, legal teams, consultants, and internal departments to prepare and submit required documentation for approvals. Track and follow up on application statuses to avoid project delays. Build and maintain good relationships with government officials, regulatory authorities, and relevant agencies. Handle inspections and visits by government departments and ensure that all necessary compliance is met. Maintain detailed records of permits, licenses, correspondences, and follow-ups. Provide regular updates to the project and senior management teams on the status of approvals and potential issues. Monitor changes in construction regulations or policies and advise management accordingly.
