* Liaison Management: Oversee liaison activities for residential infrastructure projects across designated regions. * Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong connections with government authorities and regulatory bodies to secure seamless approvals and compliance. * Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to all local, state, and national regulations. * Project Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to align with project timelines and requirements. Experience & Expertise * Minimum Experience: At least 5 years of experience in liaison work, specifically for residential projects. * Regulatory Expertise: In-depth knowledge and experience engaging with regulatory authorities in relevant regions.
