Recruitment and Hiring: As an HR Manager you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the human resources function, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation, and benefits, with a focus on fostering a positive and engaging work environment for gaming staff. Adhering to company policies and procedures, ensuring a fair and equitable workplace for all employees. HR Operations: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with all HR policies and procedures. Managing HR systems and technology, ensuring efficient and effective HR operations. Strategic Planning: Collaborating with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support the overall business goals of the game zone. Utilizing HR analytics to make informed decisions about workforce planning, talent management, and other HR initiatives. Qualifications: Masters/ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+years of Experience in HR management, ideally with experience in a customer-facing or entertainment industry environment. Strong knowledge of labour laws, regulations, and HR practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills. Proficiency in English & Kannada is must.
