Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified legal professional with a B.A. LL.B. degree to join our legal team, specializing in land and property matters. The candidate will be responsible for managing legal documentation, handling land acquisition processes, ensuring due diligence, resolving land disputes, and ensuring compliance with applicable real estate and property laws. Key Responsibilities: Legal Due Diligence: Conduct detailed legal due diligence of land and property titles, ownership records, and encumbrances. Documentation & Drafting: Draft, review, and vet legal documents including sale deeds, lease agreements, MoUs, development agreements, power of attorney, and title search reports.Examine title deeds, revenue records, and property tax documents to verify land ownership and legal standing.Assist in handling legal disputes relating to land ownership, tenancy, encroachments, and regulatory compliance.Ensure all land transactions comply with local, state, and national laws (e.g., RERA, Transfer of Property Act, Land Acquisition Act, etc.).Coordinate with government departments, land records offices, revenue authorities, and registration departments.Identify legal risks in property deals and advise on mitigation strategies.
