Legal Assistant

We are seeking a qualified Legal Assistant to join our organization. About Us: We are a Chamber of Commerce officially recognized by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India. Position: Legal Assistant Location: Navi Mumbai Key Responsibilities: Represent the organization and its Head in litigation matters independently across all courts, including the High Court. Handle non-litigation assignments such as drafting for arbitration and preparing various legal documents. Draft and manage documentation for litigation matters across multiple courts. Assist with administrative tasks, scheduling, and client communication. Skills and Qualifications: LLB or LLM degree. Strong litigation and non-litigation drafting skills. Ability to independently manage court appearances and legal proceedings. Good organizational and communication skills. Working Schedule: Monday to Saturday 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Compensation: ₹15,000 per month Preferred Candidate: Candidates residing in Navi Mumbai are strongly preferred.
