As a Service Delivery Ops Specialist in the Corporate Banking/Wholesale Banking team, you will help clients address quality and productivity issues, keep pace with customer expectations, navigate regulatory and operational pressures, and ensure business sustainability by transforming banking operations into an agile and resilient operating model. You will be responsible for processing trade finance transactions, providing superior service delivery to trade customers, and safeguarding the bank from risks associated with this business. This role entails overseeing all aspects of the lease agreement process, coordinating the creation of new leases, managing day-to-day administrative tasks, and monitoring business and financial transactions for lease properties to ensure IFRS and U.S. GAAP compliance in the financial reporting of leases. The ideal candidate for this role should be adaptable, flexible, able to perform under pressure, possess strong problem-solving skills, have a detail-oriented approach, and the ability to establish strong client relationships.
