Lead Trainer Full Stack

Job Description: As a Lead Trainer Full Stack at our digital systems company in Mangaluru, you will be responsible for identifying and addressing training needs and skill gaps in both Frontend and Backend technologies. Collaborating closely with subject matter experts and engineers, you will design and develop comprehensive training programs covering technologies such as React JS, Java, Node.js, Spring Boot, and more. Your role will involve creating engaging training materials, including presentations, labs, exercises, and assessments, while staying updated on the latest industry trends to incorporate them into the training programs. You will deliver effective training sessions in various formats, adapting delivery methods to cater to different learning styles and experience levels. By facilitating hands-on labs and workshops, you will reinforce learning and promote practical application, fostering a positive and collaborative learning environment that encourages active participation and knowledge sharing. Gathering feedback from trainees, you will continuously improve training programs, analyzing data to measure effectiveness and refine strategies in collaboration with stakeholders. The ideal candidate for this role will have 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in Frontend & Backend technology stack, including Java, Node.js, and React.js. Proven experience in designing and delivering technical training programs, preferably in a corporate setting, is essential. Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, along with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, are required. A passion for learning and keeping up-to-date with the latest technologies, coupled with experience in e-learning platforms and instructional design principles, would be advantageous. To qualify for this position, you should hold a BE/B tech/MCA/MS/M Tech degree with a desired experience range of 5 to 7 years.
