Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Recruiter with a strong background in end-to-end IT technical recruitment . The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in sourcing, screening, and assessing technical talent and should have prior experience in managing and mentoring a team of recruiters. This role requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about building high-performing tech teams. Skills & Qualification: 5 to 7 years of experience in end-to-end IT technical recruitment. Strong ability to evaluate technical candidates through initial screening and assessment. Expertise in sourcing candidates via job portals, LinkedIn , and other online/offline platforms. Prior experience in leading a small recruitment team (2 to 3 recruiters). Proven experience in using ATS and other recruitment tools effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to engage and influence both candidates and internal stakeholders. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical positions from sourcing and screening to offer rollout and onboarding. Utilize various sourcing methods including job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, and alternative platforms to attract top-tier talent. Conduct initial technical assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and ensure alignment with role requirements. Collaborate with hiring managers and technical teams to understand job requirements and develop effective hiring strategies. Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure accurate reporting and documentation. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 2-3 recruiters, ensuring consistent delivery and performance. Facilitate effective candidate and client communication throughout the recruitment process. Ensure an excellent candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
