Lead MERN / React.js Developer

As a Lead MERN / React.js Developer at Compileinfy Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd., you will be a key player in designing and developing cutting-edge full-stack web applications. With over 5 years of experience, you will demonstrate your expertise in React.js/Next.js on the frontend, Node.js on the backend, and proficiency in SQL for database integration. Your role will involve leadership responsibilities, taking charge of technical architecture and ensuring successful delivery execution. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around leading the development and architecture of scalable web applications using React.js, Node.js, and SQL. You will be expected to design and implement clean, reusable components using React/Next.js and TypeScript, manage end-to-end feature development, integrate APIs and third-party libraries, and utilize AWS Amplify for hosting and cloud resource management. Collaborating with various teams such as UI/UX, backend developers, DevOps, and QA engineers will be essential for success in this role. Your expertise in React.js/Next.js with TypeScript, Node.js and Express.js backend development, SQL database design and optimization, component-based architecture, REST API development, and Git version control will be crucial for meeting the job requirements. Additionally, experience with AWS Amplify, MongoDB, GraphQL, leading Agile teams, and managing sprints will be advantageous.
