Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage accurate, consistent HR data within HRMS systems (Oracle HCM Cloud and Oracle EBS).
  • Ensure all employee lifecycle eventssuch as onboarding, transfers, promotions, organizational changes, and exitsare accurately captured in the HRMS.
  • Govern the creation and maintenance of work structures to support accurate reporting and data-driven insights.
  • Conduct regular audits of HRMS data to ensure position synchronization, enable scalable position management, and identify data gaps; educate HR partners to improve data quality.
  • Monitor interfaces and data feeds between HRMS and downstream systems to ensure seamless and timely data synchronization.
  • Utilize HDL/HSDL tools for efficient bulk data uploads, including updates to worker assignments, personal information, and compensation changes.
  • Perform system testing, validation, and maintenance during upgrades, configuration changes, and process enhancements.
  • Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system improvements and new functionalities.
  • Manage and resolve employee queries related to HRMS, ensuring prompt and high-quality service delivery.
  • Identify patterns in recurring issues and proactively implement process improvements or automation to reduce query volume and enhance user experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in HRMS/HRIS administration, with deep knowledge of

    Oracle HCM Fusion

  • Proficiency in

    HDL/HSDL

    for handling large-scale employee data changes and transactions.
  • High attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Strong time management and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to

    manage audits effectively with zero defects

  • Proficient in

    Microsoft Office tools

    , with

    advanced Excel skills

    (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation, and dashboards).
